Rasha Beg, MD

After graduating with honors in medical school, Dr. Rasha Beg completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She was awarded a Fellowship in Medical Oncology at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX, where she provided both inpatient and outpatient care, as well as consultative services; she also helped to build and implement the cancer program for the hospital. During her Fellowship, Dr. Beg acquired expertise in performing bone marrow aspiration and was also responsible for teaching and supervision of residents and interns at Scott and White Memorial.

Dr. Beg has been a practicing medical oncologist in Florida since 2008 and has worked in both clinical and hospital settings, including Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, The Woodlands in Pensacola, where she saw patients in four hospitals and two outpatient clinics, and, most recently, 21st Century Oncology in Crestview, FL.
