Lalit Aneja, MD
Dr. Aneja is an Oncologist, Hematologist and Internist for Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties. After earning his undergraduate medical degree, Dr. Lalit Aneja completed his residency and fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY, which is a major teaching affiliate of NYU. There, Dr. Aneja served as Chief Fellow and as a Clinical Instructor in Internal Medicine for third and fourth year medical students, and he supervised interns. He has served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials and, in 2015, was published in the prestigious Journal of Clinical Oncology. He is Board-certified in Medical Oncology/Hematology and Internal Medicine.
In his personal life, Dr. Aneja enjoys travel and spending time with his wife and daughter. He is fluent in three languages.
