Mehnaz Junagadhwalla, MD
While rapid and continuous new information and advancements are what first drew Dr. Mehnaz Junagadhwalla to the field of medical oncology, the special relationships she forms with each patient are her greatest reward. Dr. Junagadhwalla is pleased to provide care to patients in Venice, where she spent her childhood, and offer the newest treatments and clinical trial opportunities that may not be available elsewhere in the community.
Dr. Junagadhwalla is Board-certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine. After receiving her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, she completed Internal Medicine residency training and a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the State University of New York (SUNY) Medical University in Syracuse. Prior to joining Florida Cancer Specialists in 2008, she served as clinical professor at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse.
