Vice President, Human Resources

As the vice president of human resources, Letitia drives transformative people strategies to enhance the workplace and foster a culture of excellence while strategically addressing and aligning human resources operations with the unique needs of our rapidly growing, statewide practice. She directs all aspects of the human resources functions to include talent acquisition, total rewards, HRIS & operations, employee relations, human resources field operations, occupational health services, training and organizational development.

Letitia leads a team of senior human resource experts to ensure FCS attracts and retains top-tier professionals and is viewed as a destination employer in the oncology industry. Other responsibilities include practicewide efforts to develop strategies that strengthen employee and physician engagement, promote employee wellness, elevate programs that advance employee development and education, and manage total rewards programs that cater to the diverse needs of our healthcare professionals.

Bringing more than 20 years of human resource experience in leading and transforming the human resource function, Letitia holds a rich history of achieving organizational objectives through innovative human resources strategies and initiatives. Prior to joining Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in 2024, she held prominent leadership roles in healthcare human resources, most recently providing strategic leadership for more than 8,000 employees for Broward Health as the vice president of human resource operations. Among her many accomplishments in this role, she led the execution of a shared services model for human resources.  This revolutionary effort led to the adoption of centralized human resources operations which were instrumental in driving an enhanced employee experience throughout the employee’s life cycle.

Letitia received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Bethune-Cookman University and a master’s degree in health services administration from Barry University.
