Vice President, Human Resource OperationsAs Vice President of Human Resource Operations, Rhonda drives strategies to enhance the FCS workplace and foster a culture of excellence. She directs the operational aspects of human resources inclusive of talent acquisition, physician recruiting, compensation, employee relations, human resources field operations, training and organizational development.
Rhonda joined FCS in 2022 as director of talent acquisition, bringing more than 12 years of leadership experience in driving operational excellence in the delivery of talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and market trends. In collaboration with FCS executive leaders, she forecast hiring needs and developed innovative solutions to attract and retain top-tier talent to the diverse workforce of nearly 5,000 team members. She successfully incorporated best practices and deployed advanced technologies to create value and deliver consistent outcomes. She was appointed to her current position in 2025.
During her career, Rhonda has held leadership positions with increasing scope and responsibilities for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 managed health care and technology companies, including Molina Healthcare and Centene Corporation (formerly WellCare Health Plans, Inc.) in Tampa.
Rhonda is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also volunteers her time as a board member of The First Tee Tampa Bay, a youth development organization that builds inner strength, self-confidence and resilience through the game of golf.
