Gynecologic cancer is a grouping term for cancers that affect the female reproductive system. The main types of gynecologic cancer include uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, vaginal cancer, and vulvar cancer. There is also endometrial cancer, which is a common subtype of uterine cancer.

Dr. Stine is Board-certified in gynecologic oncology and obstetrics and gynecology. She has a strong interest in research with a focus on ovarian, endometrial cancers and palliative care. She serves as a National GYN Oncology Observation Site for Intuitive Surgical, providing advanced education and training for surgeons who perform procedures using the da Vinci robotic-assisted surgical system. She is one of eight sites in the U.S. to have achieved this prestigious designation.
