Napoleon Santos, DO
Dr. Santos is an oncologist and hematologist for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Palm Beach County. He treats patients with all blood disorders and cancers but has a special interest in benign and malignant hematology including disorders of blood cells, bleeding and clotting disorders and lymphomas. Having experienced first-hand the impact cancer can have on a person and their loved ones, he believes good communication is the key to positive patient outcomes. During his Hematology/Oncology fellowship, Dr. Santos was named Most Outstanding Fellow in 2014 and was a recipient of several other academic honors.
He is a strong believer in the importance of clinical research, having served as Primary Investigator for a research project at the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. He’s also been published in such prestigious journals as Journal of Cancer Therapy and Oncology and has presented several posters locally and statewide. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Santos has also served as a volunteer medical translator. His personal interests include sports and spending time with his family.
