Temporary Phone Service Disruption

We are currently experiencing temporary phone service disruptions in our clinic locations due to a nationwide Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage.

If you are not able to get through to your clinic (or the answering service), please call 1-855-327-6112. An FCS Care Coordination Team Member will triage your call to ensure minimal disruption to your care.

Please note, you may experience longer hold times or be asked to leave a message for follow-up. All messages are being closely monitored and returned as quickly as possible.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911.

Our teams are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as normal phone operations are restored. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to maintain seamless communication and care for all our patients.

  • WHAT TO DO DURING AN EMERGENCY

  • For specific questions when offices are closed, please call your local FCS clinic location. Our answering service can assist with non-medical emergencies. For medical emergencies, dial 911.

    As offices reopen, we will contact patients as soon as possible to reschedule missed appointments. Some may be moved to alternate locations.

    We encourage you to follow the recommendations of state and local officials.
