Y. K. Peter Park, MD
Dr. Park is a board-certified medical oncologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Hillsborough County.
During his residency training Dr. Park experienced an instant connection with oncology, which he describes as a “special field,” with the opportunity to develop deep relationships with his patients. He is honored to be part of his patients’ journey and have the opportunity to provide cutting-edge treatments so that they can achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Park received his medical degree from Yonsei University Medical College in Seoul, Korea. He completed residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in New York City and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida.
Prior to joining FCS in 2009, Dr. Park provided care to patients in the Tampa Bay region, including at the Tampa VA Hospital.
