Troy Fishman, MD

Dr. Fishman is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Pinellas County.

Dr. Fishman has a special interest in the treatment of breast cancer. After receiving his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, Dr. Fishman completed residency training at the University of Central Florida in Gainesville and a fellowship in oncology/hematology at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island. He has co-authored abstracts on a range of oncology topics published in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Fishman is committed to community service. He has volunteered with a nonprofit focused on providing aid to communities in Guatemala and has helped to raise awareness about organ donation in the New York City area.

A fitness enthusiast, Dr. Fishman enjoys hiking, trail running, basketball, golf and a good game of chess.
