Sunil Rohatgi, MD

Dr. Rohatgi is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute (FCS) in Lecanto and Inverness, Florida.

Dr. Rohatgi has a special interest in lymphoma, multiple myeloma and prostate cancer.

Dr. Rohatgi’s inspiration to pursue a career in oncology stems from the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on patients’ lives and to support them through their journey. He values the trust that patients place in him—not just to provide the best possible treatment but also to guide them through complex decisions with honesty and compassion.

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Dr. Rohatgi completed internal medicine residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and a fellowship in oncology/hematology at New York University College of Medicine in New York City.

He joined FCS in 2025 and previously provided community oncology care to patients in Lakeland, Florida.
