Sarath Katragadda, MD, MSc
Dr. Katragadda is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Marion County, Florida.
Dr. Katragadda is dedicated to providing personalized patient care and building strong, trusting relationships where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. He has particular clinical interest in genitourinary cancers, gastrointestinal cancers, and breast cancers.
After receiving his medical degree from GSL Medical College in his native India, Dr. Katragadda completed a master’s in neuroscience at the College of Staten Island in New York City. He was named chief resident and resident of the year during his internal medicine residency training at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, where he also completed a fellowship in hematology / oncology.
Dr. Katragadda has served as sub-investigator on early-phase clinical trials. His abstracts and case reports have been published in professional journals and presented in clinical symposiums. He also serves as assistant clinical professor in the department of oncological sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
