Ryan Ciarrocchi

As Chief Executive Officer of the management services organization to Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS), Ryan is responsible for the enterprise-wide strategy, culture, operational excellence, and business transformation for the administrative services that support FCS. He is responsible for aligning clinical integration with scalable administrative services to drive sustainable growth, optimize performance, and enhance patient-centered care across FCS.

Prior to this role, Ryan served as Senior Vice President of Customer Account Operations for McKesson’s Provider Solutions business, where he oversaw national field account management and distribution technology for Oncology and Multi-specialty segments. His leadership focused on strategic growth, customer experience innovation, and cross-functional team development across infusion centers and specialty pharmacies.

Earlier in his career, Ryan held the position of Regional Senior Vice President of Network Operations for The US Oncology Network, managing operations and strategic initiatives for community-based cancer practices across multiple states. His portfolio included process improvement, service line expansion, market development, and patient experience enhancements.

Ryan’s career also includes leadership roles in sales and consulting at McKesson Specialty, as well as serving as Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Coast Oncology, where he led financial strategy, managed care contracting, and risk mitigation.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance with a minor in economics from James Madison University.
