Vice President, Payer Strategy and Revenue Cycle Management

As Vice President, Payer Strategy and Revenue Cycle Management for the management services organization to Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS), Kiana aligns payer contracting, value-based care models, and revenue cycle operations under one vision. In this role, she leads initiatives that foster collaboration between payers and providers, advancing patient-centered oncology care while ensuring financial sustainability for the practice.

Previously serving as Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships Managed Care at FCS, Kiana brings a unique perspective on regional health care challenges and opportunities. She is well-versed in building strong payer relationships and designing alternative payment models that balance cost and quality. Recognized for designing innovative payment models and implementing holistic care strategies, she was instrumental in enhancing patient outcomes while optimizing cost-efficiency. Prior to joining FCS, she supported network strategies, payer relations, contracting, improved efficiencies in claims management, and provider relations at Sanford Health.

Kiana holds a master’s in business administration in healthcare from the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota and graduated summa cum laude from Crossroads College in Minnesota. She is an active volunteer for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network and is certified in Leadership in Oncology Navigation (LION) and principles of practice management (PPMC).
