Jennifer Bailey, LCSW

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Florida Cancer Specialists’ Fleming Island. As an LCSW, she provides mental health counseling to patients and family members to address the emotional impact and concerns resulting from a cancer diagnosis and treatment. Jennifer is an integral part of caring for the whole patient. She started in oncology in 2010.

Prior to joining FCS, she helped create and facilitate an Oncology Palliative Care program, participating in multi- disciplinary team meetings, providing mental health and supportive counseling to patients and their family members, as well as, offering emotional support and resources to patients and families.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX and her Masters of Science in Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington. Currently, she serves as the Regional Coordinator

for Florida Society of Oncology Social Workers. A member of the Association of Oncology Social Work, Jennifer moved to Florida in 2010 to be closer to family and start her career in oncology. She currently lives in St. Augustine, FL with her husband, two children and two dogs. She loves spending time with family, going to the beach and is a college football fanatic!
