Inga possesses extensive operations and practice management experience and oversees clinic locations covering FCS’s presence in Central and Northeast Florida. Inga leads the implementation of strategic imperatives to drive patient satisfaction, physician and team member engagement, and improve efficiencies and effectiveness within the clinical setting. She has a key role in the development and redesign of new sites of care to support the growth of the practice, and also works to strengthen and expand relationships with healthcare systems, referring physicians, vendors, and other market-based partners.

Inga joined the FCS operations team in 2009 as the result of a merger with Florida Hematology & Oncology Specialists and Lake County Oncology & Hematology, where she had served as the Practice Manager since 2009. Inga was named FCS Vice President of Operations for Central Florida in 2017. Since that time, she has led and supported various acquisitions/mergers and actively contributed to the opening and expansions of several new offices.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Inga entered the medical field in 1998 when she founded a medical billing and collections firm. After moving to Orlando in 2005, she became the Clinic Manager for a pain management clinic. She then transitioned to the Manager of Patient Services for a cardiology group, where she developed physician protocols, optimized patient flow, and managed daily operations for 18 providers.

Inga is fluent in Russian and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
