Faye Yin, MD
Faye Yin, MD is a medical oncologist and hematologist with Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute (FCS). She provides care to patients at the FCS Brooksville locations.
Dr. Yin has provided care to patients with cancer and blood disorders in a variety of community and hospital settings. She began her career in the department of hematology at Southern Medical University in Guangzhou, China, where she obtained her medical degree and completed a fellowship in hematology.
After arriving in the U.S., Dr. Yin served for three years as a research fellow with the Gene Therapy Center of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and later completed internal medicine residency training at Medstar Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, affiliated to the Johns Hopkins Medical School, and a hematology/oncology fellowship at the National Institutes of Health and National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. She has published more than 20 scientific papers in journals and two chapters in hematology textbook.
Prior to joining FCS in 2024, Dr. Yin provided care to patients at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset and UPMC Western Maryland.
