Charles Webb

With extensive expertise in financial strategy, risk management and healthcare operations, Charles Webb oversees financial and business planning, accounting operations and fiscal compliance policy and practices to support the ongoing growth of FCS.

Charles joined FCS in 2022 and played an integral role in the creation of Core Ventures (Community Oncology Revitalization Enterprise Ventures, LLC), a business and administrative services organization working in partnership with FCS physicians to elevate oncology care delivery and clinical development to expand access to world-class oncology patient care [across Florida and beyond]. In 2025, McKesson became the majority owner of Core Ventures and Charles was appointed CFO.

Charles graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a degree in financial consulting and a master’s degree in the science of accounting. Prior to joining FCS, Charles worked in lower middle market private equity. He is a certified public accountant.

An active supporter of community-based nonprofit initiatives, Charles volunteers with the YMCA Community Action Program, the Joe C. Davis Outdoor Center and the Young Alumni Board of Montgomery Bell Academy. In addition to enjoying time with his wife, two children and black lab, he also enjoys an occasional round of golf.
