At this time, we expect the office will be closed on Friday, June 14, 2024. We anticipate this office will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, June 17, 2024, once it is safe to return:

All other FCS offices will be open as scheduled.
Patients with existing appointments will be contacted by FCS team members to have their appointments rescheduled once it is deemed safe to return to the clinic.
