Shachar Peles, MD
Dr. Peles is a hematologist and oncologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Palm Beach County.
Dr. Peles graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s in medicine and surgery from the University of the Witwatersrand in his native country of South Africa, where he earned numerous prestigious awards and scholarships. Dr. Peles completed his internal medicine internship and residency and a three-year fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Barnes Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Peles has been published in several professional journals and is actively involved in clinical research at FCS. He also serves on the FCS Executive Board and Compensation Committee.
He lives in Delray Beach with his wife and three children.
