Joel S. Grossman, MD
Dr. Joel Grossman is a medical oncologist for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Collier County.
After graduating from Duke University. Dr. Grossman completed medical school at Wake Forest University and residency training at University of Alabama Hospitals in Birmingham. He was awarded a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in La Jolla, California. He has been published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Clinical Genitourinary Cancer.
Dr. Grossman is serving his third term as a member of the FCS Executive Board.
He also serves as the division chief of oncology and hematology for the NCH Healthcare System, a position he has held since 2012. He also serves on the board of the Winged Foot Scholarship Committee and is a past board member of the Cancer Alliance of Naples.
Since joining FCS, Dr. Grossman has managed several youth baseball teams sponsored by the practice, including the 2021 Naples Cal Ripken Babe Ruth Orioles, who finished in third place, the 2018 Minor A Orioles, who finished in second place and the 2016 FCS Direwolves, who won the Minors Championship after finishing in last place in the regular season.
