Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute Welcomes Dinesh Keerty, MD, FACP to Hernando County
Fort Myers, Fla., July 7, 2025 – Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC (FCS) welcomes medical oncologist and hematologist Dinesh Keerty, MD, FACP to its team of cancer experts in Hernando County. Dr. Keerty is providing care to patients at FCS Brooksville, 7154 Medical Center Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34608 and FCS County Line Road, 11063 County Line Road, Spring Hill, FL 34609-5696.
“Dr. Keerty has a true passion for improving the lives of cancer patients at all phases of their journey,” said David Wenk, MD, FCS assistant managing physician. “With a strong foundation in internal medicine, he is highly skilled in addressing urgent health needs and providing optimal care that helps prevent unnecessary emergency room visits and hospital admissions.”

After receiving his medical degree from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College in India, Dr. Keerty completed an internal medicine residency at Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton, Pennsylvania and was named as chief resident. He was awarded a fellowship in hematology/oncology at Louisiana State University in Shreveport.
