Troy Fishman, MD Joins Oncology Experts in Pinellas County; Yeshanew Teklie, MD Expands Hematology Care in The Villages
Fort Myers, Fla., September 2, 2025 – Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC (FCS) welcomes hematologists and medical oncologists Troy Fishman, MD and Yeshanew Teklie, MD to its team of cancer experts in Pinellas County and The Villages. Dr. Fishman is seeing patients at the FCS Mease clinic, 3280 N. McMullen Booth Rd., Suite 200, Clearwater, FL 33761, while Dr. Teklie is seeing patients at the FCS Brownwood clinic, 2955 Brownwood Blvd., Ste. 107, The Villages, FL 32163-2040; FCS Leesburg South clinic, 601 E. Dixie Ave., Suite 1001, Leesburg, FL 34748-7309; and the FCS Villages Cancer Center, 1400 N. US Highway 441, Suite 540, Lady Lake, FL 32159-8987.
After receiving his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, Dr. Fishman completed residency training at the University of Central Florida in Gainesville and a fellowship in oncology/hematology at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island.

Following the completion of his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies, Dr. Teklie completed residency training at Florida State University at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and a hematology oncology fellowship at the University of Southern California LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles.
