Record Number of FCS Abstracts Presented at Oncology Nursing Congress

Fort Myers, Fla., April 9, 2025 – Initiatives developed at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC (FCS) that are positively impacting the quality of cancer care will be presented this week at the Oncology Nursing Society 50^th Annual Congress in Denver. Eight abstracts authored by FCS nurses, clinicians and team members who serve in a variety of roles across the statewide practice were among the highest-scoring abstracts selected for presentations at the largest worldwide gathering dedicated to oncology nursing.

“Our dedication to world-class oncology patient care does not stop at our clinic doors,” said Danielle Brown, MBA, BSN, RN, OCN, CN-BN, FCS vice president of clinical services. “This year we are celebrating a record number of accepted presentations at the ONS Congress, and we look forward to sharing our projects, experiences and accomplishments with our colleagues to impact higher quality oncology patient care around the world.”
