FCS Announces Addition Of Specialized Gynecologic Oncology Services in Tampa Bay Communities

Heather Miller, MD Joins Statewide Practice

Fort Myers, Fla., July 1, 2025 – Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC (FCS)  ) is pleased to welcome a sixth board-certified gynecologic oncologist to its statewide network. Heather Miller, MD has joined the FCS team of cancer experts in Pasco and Hillsborough counties. She is providing care to women with gynecologic cancers and complex benign gynecologic pathology at the newly-expanded FCS Wesley Chapel Cancer Center, 2895 Hueland Pond Boulevard, Ste 100, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.

FCS Medical Director of Gynecologic Oncology Jessica Stine, MD said, “Dr. Miller offers personalized and exceptional care that has rendered accolades from her peers and colleagues alike. She specializes in minimally invasive surgery, including da Vinci robotic surgery and all the latest surgical techniques necessary for our patients in need. We are delighted to welcome her to our newest state-of-the-art cancer center in Wesley Chapel, serving the North Tampa community.”

Dr. Miller completed her medical doctorate at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami. During her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, she was recognized as chief resident and gynecologic resident of the year. Dr. Miller also completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
