Gajanan A. Kulkarni, MD
Dr. Gajanan Kulkarni is an oncologist and hematologist for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Pasco county. During his medical school training, Dr. Kulkarni saw first-hand the extensive research taking place in the oncology field and knew he wanted to be part of new treatment advancements. A priority for Dr. Kulkarni is to work with his clinical team so that his patients feel comfortable. He says the support and appreciation he receives from patients and their families inspires him to work even harder to provide the highest quality care so that patients can achieve the best possible outcome.
Dr. Kulkarni received his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College in Bombay, India. He completed Internal Medicine residency training at Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens in New York and a fellowship in Oncology/Hematology at Nassau County Medical Center, a teaching affiliate of the State University of New York Medical School at Stony Brook.
Board-certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Kulkarni joined Florida Cancer Specialists in 2013. He has been providing oncology care to patients in Pasco County, Florida since 1984.
