Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) is pleased to provide our staff with a variety of comprehensive benefits, allowing them to make selections that meet their individual needs. Regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible to participate in the FCS Benefits Program, which includes:

PAID TIME OFF
FCS encourages staff members to have a balanced work and family life. Staff members earn Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period. PTO eligibility increases based on the staff member’s length of service. We also provide six paid holidays each year.
In addition to the above insured benefits, FCS also offers a 401(k) to assist staff members in financially planning for their retirement. The 401(k) Plan includes a generous match – and participants are immediately vested for both their contributions and the FCS match.
We believe in and promote a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement. To support this effort we offer Tuition Reimbursement for staff members pursuing a LPN, ASN, or BSN degree. In addition we provide CPR recertification for eligible staff members and CEU days for designated licensed staff. A variety of in-house Management related programs are also offered throughout the year.
