Sonalee K. Shroff, MD
Dr. Shroff is an oncologist and hematologist for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Winter Park. She has been serving patients for over 20 years. Accomplished in her field, Dr. Shroff has received numerous awards, including the Patient’s Choice Award and Compassionate Doctor Recognition; and she has been recognized as one of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors. Dr. Shroff has conducted research at The University Hospitals of Cleveland and The University of Florida College of Medicine, and she has been published in Journal of Clinical Oncology, and, most recently, at the nationally renowned San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium.
Dr. Shroff has strong clinical interests in women’s healthcare, with a particular focus in breast cancer and breast cancer trials. She has also previously served as Consulting Associate for the Duke University School of Medicine (Durham, NC). Dr. Shroff is affiliated with and provides physician leadership at 19 hospitals across Central Florida.
Since its inception, Dr. Shroff has served on the FCS Ethics Committee which has enhanced positive engagement amongst committee members and physicians across the practice. Dr. Shroff also led the transition to a new state of the art 38,000 square foot FCS Winter Park Village Cancer Center.
She has a passionate dedication to her patients and staff and looks forward to helping FCS become the premier place for patient care and employee satisfaction.

FCS Medical Oncologist/Hematologist Dr. Sonalee K. Shroff talks about our brand new office which opened in late August 2022, located within Winter Park Village. This state-of-the-art facility will provide greater convenience and comfort for our patients in Orlando, Winter Park and Orange County.
The new FCS Winter Park Village Cancer Center will enable us to provide patients with a comprehensive range of the most advanced and personalized treatments and services under one roof, including on-site laboratory, specialty pharmacy and diagnostic imaging with fixed PET/CT scan capabilities. The space is much larger, with 24 exam rooms and 50 infusion chairs, and has been thoughtfully designed for patient comfort and convenience. This new facility will also allow us to expand opportunities for our patients to participate in cutting-edge clinical trials.
Dr. Sonalee Shroff enjoys the science and constant learning of medical oncology, but most of all she values the special bonds and lifelong relationships she forms with her patients. Dr. Shroff brings her personal awareness and sensitivity to what patients and their families encounter during their cancer journeys, and she strives to be available at every step to provide knowledge, guidance and support.
