Nuruddin Jooma, MD, MPH
Hematologist/Oncologist Dr. Nuruddin Jooma truly enjoys his patients, who put their trust in him and allow him to provide care that often extends their lives and enables them to enjoy many special moments in life. In 2019, Dr. Jooma hiked to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa, dedicating the challenging climb to his patients who inspire him every day to become a better physician.
Dr. Jooma received a Master’s in Public Health and his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, where he also completed Internal Medicine residency training. He completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He is Board-certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
